
GMBS Quality Policy
Iny its Quality Policy, the GMBS management sets out the basic principles leading to the fulfilment of its mission and the achievement of its objectives in the following areas of quality assurance:
Ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of the Internal Quality Management System
- Develop the position of the GMBS as a quality, internationally accepted higher education institution and expand bilateral cooperation with educational and scientific research institutions, both at home and abroad.
- Through the internal quality management system's quality objectives, process management and tools, continuously improve the quality of the education provided in collaboration with all participants in the life of the higher education institution, both inside and out.
- Continuously improve the processes of its internal quality management system and, through regular reviews of the system, regularly assess and improve its effectiveness.
Orientation to Students and Practice
- Through feedback tools and the involvement of students, graduates, employers and other stakeholders in GMBS life in decision-making processes, enable the continuous development and improvement of its study programmes, in line with the requirements of modern society.
- Develop modern forms of online education and further build and continuously improve the GMBS virtual learning space.
Science and Research
- Support the development of excellent science and research centres and create space for the development of international cooperation between schools and practice.
- Create space for the transfer of the results of scientific research into the educational process, and the involvement of students in the research tasks of selected departments at the national and international levels.
Staff Quality and Engagement
- Enable and support the pedagogical and professional development of teaching staff.
- In accordance with the defined responsibilities and competences of individual GMBS units, encourage and reward staff involvement in the quality improvement processes of education, the research, publication and project activities, and involvement in the internal quality system improvement processes.
Education Infrastructure Development
- Continuously develop the material, technical and information resources to support online education of students in accredited fields of study (electronic library, latest information systems, etc.).
- Encourage collaboration with extracurricular third parties in the provision of physical and human resources to support student learning appropriate to the needs of the study programmes.
